Certified Daily Money Manager

My introduction to providing daily money management assistance dates back to my time as an officer in the US Air Force where I was assigned the additional duty of Personal Financial Management Counselor for a unit comprised of 300 personnel.  Since that time, I have worked with seniors, professionals, bustling households, high-net-worth families and estates, people in life transitions, and individuals in need of restructuring debt.

As a Signals Intelligence Officer in the Air Force, I served as the Program Manager of the Space and Advanced Systems Directorate, Air Intelligence Agency.  Other positions held include Unit Mobility Officer, Squadron Deployment Commander and Tactical Intelligence Officer.  I exited the Air Force with the rank of Captain.

In my post-military life, while raising a large family and prior to entering the daily money management profession, I held part-time jobs as data analyst, podcast editor, private tutor, family-home-office assistant, and ranch hand.

I am a graduate of Washington State University, holding degrees in Foreign Languages and Literatures, and minors in Aerospace Studies and Business Management.  I am a proud graduate of Vashon High School where I was the recipient of citizenship, scholarship, and Piece-of-Eight awards.

I have lived in the South Puget Sound region for 35 years -- 21 of those years on Vashon Island.  Because of the extensive amount of time I've lived in this area, I am well-acquainted with, and can offer referrals to, local area professional advisors, senior care service providers, and home and auto repair specialists.

I am certified as a Daily Money Manager through the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM).  I hold a Washington State Notary Public commission and am pleased to provide that service to my clients.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.  My passions include traveling, recharging in the great outdoors, hiking, camping, bicycling, and gardening.
